The purpose of the article is to analyze trends in development informational educational resources under modern conditions. To carry out research, following methods were used: comparison, concretization, abstraction. In results, it was researched: university resources, use Moodle platform, Open education Coursera, and others. conclusions, noted that creation electronic courses will attract students external listeners future. It has certain threats: reducing effectiveness due need constantly pay for Internet services, lack highly qualified competitive professionals, depreciation traditional education, limitations information created other states (impossible implement through sanctions, etc.). However, this type should be considered as a addition already formed methods.
